I (theoretically) e-filed, but can’t see a copy of the documents. Tried saving as a .pdf, but got error message that pdf file is damaged/corrupted. Tried printing, can’t.

I’ve already paid for software, and for e-filing. I’ve tried saving a duplicate of the TurboTax file, and rebooting my computer, and checking for TT updates. Nothing helps. Advice please? This seems to be a problem that has happened many times over the years, but can’t find any solutions online.
