Update
I just got off the phone with a very unhelpful person at the IRS. According to her, the refund check should be released in 2 days and will take 4 weeks to get here.
She said I don't owe anything. I asked if she could check under my husband to make sure there's not a discrepancy, nope. He has to call.
So, we'll try when he's off work and see what happens.
Has anyone else dealt with this?
