This is what I did this morning (just before posting).
It does start out with a voice response unit. It will then default to the numbers. However Option 2 is for Amended Tax Return. (This is what I pressed prior). It does not have the All other questions prompts for me when I call in. It just starts asking me for my social, zip and birthdate and then says it can't find my information and to visit their website or call back during business hours.
