Thanks for your information and the form link. I was able to fill out the form to the final Part III but not knowing the meaning of the last line: 

This is a personal rental property. I sold a California condo and exchanged a house in Las Vegas.  

How to get the number of percentages? or just leave it blank? Thank you!
