After you file

I greatly appreciate the information shared. Unfortunately it doesn't resolve my issue. To clarify why I want to access that return on TurboTax - I do have a copy of the tax return, but I was hoping to view the worksheets, etc. for some areas where I need more information to help me file an amendment.

I have only a single TurboTax/Intuit account that I have been using for many years. A while back I filed my returns on TurboTax.com for several years, but then switched to the desktop version for several years, with the exception of 2022 when my MacOS no longer met the minimum system requirement for TurboTax. So, I filed my tax return online in 2022 and I resumed filing returns using the desktop version in 2023.

I used to be able to access the 2022 return online and on the mobile app for a while. But when I tried to access it this year after a long break, I was unable to do so. When I login online I am prompted to provide information about my tax situation to help me choose which product I should purchase and that's where I get stuck. I see no place where I can view the 2022 return that I filed with TurboTax.com. Per the documentation, TurboTax retains all returns for 7 years so it's odd that I cannot access my return.
