After you file
Depending upon how you need to submit it, you can always try to include the FAQ link I included above with your receipt showing the "fees" in the description together and see if that helps. The FAQ does show the amount of the fees and maybe that will help. The last option is to try calling in again and request speaking to a manager or tell them you have a billing issue and see if they have something on that end to assist.
