You taking money out of my checking account for your services and I applied for the Gold Max but still have no return Why

Got two letters from the IRS one was to verify my ID in person the other one says they're withholding my return while they verify income and child tax credit but I paid for the Max from TurboTax and you guys took money but I still have no money and it's been weeks months
