If I'm understanding correctly, you used TurboTax Desktop to file, then later switched hard drives. In this case if the .tax2024 file and prior year .tax files were removed from your hard drive, then there isn't anything that we can do to retrieve those files for you. Intuit does not store a copy of your .tax file.
If you wanted to recreate the file, you could do so by reentering your tax forms and preparing a new return to be identical to the copy you received from the IRS.
