I filed before April 15th and no balance on the IRS site yet. I have already settled up the payment for 2023 and wish to add a new payment option so I can pay my taxes over the time. I am not able to do it as I don’t see my balance for 2024. Today is May 6th and I kept checking the site but I can see the word info and once I click on it, I got a message - Your Information Is Not Available at This Time. What should I do to be able to set up a new payment option or I just have to wait?
