Yes I am aware, but when you try to contact green dot bank, you get the same idiots on the other end of the phone as when u call intuit turbo reps it's literally the same ppl, and they say the same exact thing. I've called every number you can find and it's the same ppl answering the phone. With the same names. So how exactly is that helpful in any way shape or form? It's not! I've now at this point have contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation and they will be reviewing my case. Because I've had it with the crap. Not sure they know how todo there jobs or maybe they don't understand my English but whatever the case maybe they are absolutely no help, I personally think I was just robbed. But time will only tell now that I have a fbi case open for my missing money. One way or another I will find out where over 2000$ of my hard earned money working in health care has gone.
