Maybe your not understanding, I had penchecks wire money to my intuit turbo tax card from a account I had with them.  Customer service from turbo tax is just giving me a run around n then hangs up on me. I have confirmation from penchecks that the wire transfer was excepted and received by the account and routing number from my turbo tax card account. But the money is not there, there is no pending amount or anything and Customer service says the samething they don't know where the money is. But it was sent and received by the account I have with them threw my turbo tax card that doesn't expire till 2028. I called them. I called the customer service number and I three wayd a call with my penchecks account holder to turbo customer service rep. He talked to them n still nothing he doesn't even understand why  this is happening. N he can't do anything about my missing money because it was RECEIVED AND EXCEPTED BY TURBO TAX INTUIT CARD [GREEN DOT BANK]
