2. Before changing anything major (or amending) I always save a COPY with a different name, and then go ahead and change data or amend on what was the original one. So I went back to the copy of the 'original' (different file name), and it still showed with my old tax amt due. I also checked e-file status, and it shows I successfully e-filed.
