I file with 'pay by check' so TT is not involved in payments at all, I control it directly with the Fed/State payment sites after filing. Fed usually hits my account when I tell them to by the next business day, state a few days later.
But yes based on desktop issues this year (e.g. 1099 redesign and import issues) there has been some noticeable negative shift in Product/IT/QA at Intuit.
