My 2024 State Return has been on "pending' for 8 days now. I've spoken to my Sate's Taxation Department and they do not show any submission of my return. They told me I may have to re-submit it again, but I'm not sure how to proceed. I have already paid to submit my State return. What are the steps for me to rectify this? Please advise. How do I speak with someone from Turbo Tax Support?
Also, when I print my return the pages are blank or partially filled unless I print the pages one or two at a time. It's been extremely frustrating. I've never has this problem before with Turbo Tax.
