I check where's my refund daily it only says refund received. I also check my tax records not has changed.
I don't know if you have tried to enlist the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service, so that's what I would try, and if that's unsuccessful, you could contact your US Congressman's local office to see if they can help you.

There's also a national office, whose contact info should be at the first link above.
They are especially prone to help if there has been an economic hardship, but they are also prone to help if you stress the length of time, and that you have already spoken to the IRS on multiple occasions.
