Hi to answer your questions the reason for the hold I was told was because I filed a Electronic return and a paper return the year of 2022/2023. Also I've spoke with the irs on multiple times and they all say the same thing that's it's processing I'll have to wait.
I check where's my refund daily it only says refund received. I also check my tax records not has changed.
