In my career I worked for software companies like Cisco Systems and we had a process for feature enhancement requests. Does Turbotax have that, e.g., "it'd be great if you could submit a 1040X via the software tool"? Now this specific request could be a limitation of the IRS systems, i.e., the system cannot ingest a 1040X?
