You have two options. To see the tax tools, you need to be in your actual return. The screenshot shows that you already filed. You will need to choose Amend (change return) first to get into your return, but don't actually amend. Then, you will see the options for Tax Tools on the left menu near the bottom of the list.
Another option is to Download/Print return (PDF) and select ALL forms for printing. This option will print a Tax Summary page and a 2 Year Comparison Page, which is very similar.
