My filing could not have been simpler. Single income(SSI), no deductions, single. Yet I was charged for additional services like the deluxe, etc.I actually have a problem with being charged at all but have resigned to the charge for the state tax filing but not the federal. you charged me for both. please refund the $64 reversed tomy card.
