When
you receive your Visa card your
refund won't automatically be on your card
until the IRS or State releases your refund. Federal and State refund processing times varies.
Pennsylvania Department of Revenue states, "If you filed electronically it takes approximately 4 weeks to process your tax return. If you filed a paper PA-40, it takes approximately 8 to 10 weeks to process. However, if the department needs to verify information reported on your return or request additional information, the process will take longer."
