I received a1099-G. Boxes under the "Payer" information, there is SOCIAL SECURITY NO.; TOTAL PAYMENT; TAX WITHHELD; TAX YEAR.
The wording on the document is as follows, "This form shows the unemployment compensation (RTAA excluded) paid to you by the Department of Labor & Industry in the tax year indicated, and the amount of federal income tax withheld (if you requested tax withholding)."
Schedule 1 has line 7 with the unemployment $ listed, and then 8z (Other income. List type and amount: has the amount UC paid to me, and type as RTAA Payments.
So my unemployment income was doubled.
