Did you upgrade from Deluxe and ended up in the Premium Edition? If so, did you try the steps in this FAQ to downgrade? If so, where is the roadblock?
FAQ: How do I downgrade to a different TurboTax Online product?
Or do you mean you added "Premium Services"; i.e., are you a California filer who chose to pay your TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund? If so, in California that payment option adds Premium Services. If that's what you mean, we can tell you how to remove that payment method and pay upfront with credit/debit card.
