Let's check a couple of things because it sounds like an entry was missed.
- First, be sure the amended return box is checked.
- Check line 32, sounds wrong and needs correction. Review your answers.
Once these two items are cleared up, determine if you have a tax liability. If your state return shows no additional tax due then the 1099-SA is not causing any additional tax. A state amended return is not required.
