Both W-2’a have different wages. The newly issued W-2 has the correct wages & the original W-2 does not. None of the W-2 are marked voided or corrected. I tried explaining to my employer that I need a W-2c, but he doesn’t seems to understand & states it will not be an issue when I file taxes. Now, I’m deciding if I should file taxes with Form 4852 since I’m having trouble obtaining a W-2c. What would be your recommendation?
