You can try to attempt this on your own. Since you have an intuit product, you should have an account with Intuit.
- Log into your intuit account.
- In the landing page on the left, scroll down to Intuit Account.
- Locate and select Products and Billing
- Now select the clickable link that says Request or Track a Refund
