If you Efiled over 72 hours ago, check your Emails. You should have an email from TurboTax acknowledging that your return was successfully Efiled.
If you check the IRS site, Where's My Refund? does it say your Return was Received? If not, maybe you didn't complete your Efile. Go through the File section again. If you used TurboTax Online, when you Sign In, you should see that your return was filed.
