did you get an email that said accepted? if yes, then Turbotax is out of the picture. It gets no further info about your return. If no, then you have to correct the reason for rejection, if possible (certain rejection codes will require you to file by mail) and correct the issue and refile.
if accepted check the IRS WMR site. if you find nothing, then only the IRS can tell you what's happening.
