If I do not need to include as Income any property tax 'recoveries' called Senior Freeze and Anchor (having filed via the Standard Deduction in previous year(s), do I still need to fill in the form that popped up in Turbo Tax called "Other Income Statement: Refunds of Deducted Taxes (Not Income)."
