Thank you for replying. Yes, I did contact Santa Barbara Bank. The only answer I received was that the refund had been deposited in my account. It hadn’t. They suggested I call my bank and/or the IRS , again. They showed no concern and just left me to investigate the problem on my own. To sum up, TurboTax was no help, the IRS was no help, Santa Barbara was no help , and my bank was no help
