How do I enter a NJ Angel Investor Tax credit received in 2024 in Proconnect?

A client received a Tax Credit from NJ because he made an Angel Investor Donation in a business years ago.  The credit was approved in 2024 and he received a check at the end of 2024.  How do I report this type of credit in Proconnect?
