I checked the turbotax refund status page at
https://accounts.intuit.com/app/oirr/caseTrack and it shows that my case has been APPROVED however there is no date of when the refund check will be mailed out... I called Turbotax today and waited 20 minutes waiting for a rep named Abraham to figure out how the refund process works -- he told me we have to wait 6-8 weeks for refund check to be mailed which seems a very long time, almost like a rebate check offer!
Anyways, in my situation a duplicate purchase/order was made by accident and so need for two Turbotax licenses. Anyone else still waiting for their refund check its been 3 weeks already....
