I am very unhappy with the 2024 version of TurboTax Deluxe. My reasons are:
- Printing the watermark DO NOT FILE all over my return including the estimated tax forms for 2025. If there is a hiccup in the electronic filing, this creates a mess with no backup. This was not done in prior years!
- TT never provided a clean copy of my estimated tax forms for 2025. You did provide them for a friend.
- In the past, TT used 1040-SR for me, but not this year. I am not getting any younger!
- I owed a penalty on my Colorado state return yet TT offered no information or forms for filing Colorado estimated taxes in 2025.
- Your telephone support has become terrible. They could not help on any of these issues.
Because of this, I am researching alternative software.
