Very true, but when you offer a service you need to double check EVERYTHING and communicate with your customers. I've been calling since I was unable to cash this check , given different case numbers, told several different things that were simply not true. I paid for a service this isn't my problem,but it became my problem when Intuit kept sending these checks out and had no resolution to their paying customers on how to fix the problem. I was lied to repeatedly just to get me off the phone. That's a issue and a terrible way to conduct business. And to this day I still cannot cash this check.
