All new procedures and features have hiccups and bumps in the road when it first goes live. TT is not stealing peoples refunds. This is the first year TT has had the 5 Days Early feature. As far as different reps giving different info... again, this is a brand new feature and the agents are just going off of what they are told. Of course it is frustrating and aggravating to not be able to cash a check, especially a tax refund check. Most people count on their tax refund for major purchases and bills so it is understandable. I see it from both sides since I am thinking rationally and not out of emotion. Yes it sucks but TT will get it sorted out.
