With the 'Preview method' and using Acrobat, I think you can print (?) But I cannot seem to save as a pdf file. To save file, I needed to delete Acrobat App on my Mac. Then, the Preview method opens the pdf in the native Apple Preview App, instead of the Acrobat. I was able to save in pdf via the Apple Preview App. Seems like a way to force you to upgrade Acrobat if you want to save?
