My neighbor can not only not print but it will not even allow him to save the information in any form including a pdf.
I noticed that his did not even have a tab to save or print anything. It was blank and when he tried a different way to save it, it would make a "boop" sound.
As if filing taxes wasn't a stressful enough process, adding program issues makes a bad situation even worse.
Has this issue been resolved yet? I think that TURBO TAX should at the very least provide a REFUND to anyone having this issue, that they apparently can not solve.
