Why were my taxes accepted on 2/5 but I still haven't gotten my refund, and the tracker on the IRS website has not moved at all.

Why were my taxes accepted on 2/5 but I still haven't gotten my refund, and the tracker on the IRS website has not moved at all.
accepted on 2/5 and here we are 3/9 with nothing. not even any progress. i hate turbo tax
