After you file
"I paid extra for this service and didn't receive and still haven't received my state yet to this date!"
As mentioned above, there's no way to get Federal and state refunds together. So it's not yet clear what you paid for. In addition to product fees, there are certain elected items you may have chosen. Did you use any of these:
$25 to get the Federal refund deposit "up to 5 days early."
$40 ($45 for California) service fee if you chose to pay the TurboTax product fees out of the Federal refund.
MAX Benefits ($40-45) audit protection, ID protection, etc.
To check your fees, open your return back up and in the left menu column go to Tax Tools, then subtab Tools, then in the tools window choose My Fees.
If you don't know how to open the return back up, at the Tax Home look for a link "Add a State." That doesn't really add one, but opens the return.
Once your return is open don't make any changes in it if it's already been filed. If you ever need to amend it, it has to start off exactly as originally filed.
