- You said "Name in Pink" Was that AM, Some other state or blank? NO "Name" Box was blank and pink background.
I was able to determine that the form was more than likely generated due to FOREIGN TAX CREDIT.
I have currently deleted the form as it is not needed. I was able to take the small Foreign Tax Credit as a deduction in Federal Schedule A. This action allowed the review to complete and I am now ready to file. I hope.
