After you file

I have called them back to back every time I call they give me a different resolution now they are putting it on this new group by the name of Santa Barbara tax Products. Who they claim is the ones who processed the check that has the name into it on it and a whole different bank which makes no sense. I do not recall seeing any of this information when I was preparing my taxes on the app.
