Yeah I've done that and spent hours on the phone since I found out I was recieving a check I called yesterday after I found out it was a fraudulent check and the rep said you guys never sent it but I literally called when I cashed it on speaker and your other rep verified the check. And I got nowhere yesterday other than that where tf I my money turbotax I stg I'll never use turbo tax again not only that I lost 271 dollars trying to fn cash the mf
