Are you sure you prepared it online with TurboTax? Some people even have a third account. You can talk to TurboTax Customer Support and see if they can help you with this situation. You can also download a tax return transcript from the IRS website if you have an IRS account, or can order one to come by mail. If all you need is the 2023 AGI, that's also displayed in the IRS account.
