If you are having issues printing your state return, follow these steps:
- Clear you cache and cookies on your default browser. Follow this link if you aren't sure how to do that.
- Open your software and let it fully update the program.
- Select File in the upper left corner, then Save as PDF.
- After the PDF is saved, try printing the state return.
