Hello so I recently made an IRS account I noticed I never received the two economic payments along with the tax rebate child credit ? What should I do ??

Should I amend my 2021 tax return? How do I go about the 3rd payment ? Because I never received mine .. this past December- January and it shows 0 as well as the child tax rebate credit I put amount 0
