When you login to your TurboTax account. It should be a live help person at the bottom. Click it and it will ask to either choose call, chat, or I think email. Just click chat with us and fill it out. Wait about 7 to 10 mins and someone should be with you. They will even connect to the screen with your permission to help assist you further.
