Can I still receive my resident, state refund, even if I don't file my non-resident refunds (balance is $0.00 in taxes and refund due on those) right away?
I live in MD, but I worked in DC in VA in 2017. I had three state returns. I received a refund on my MD return, but my other two returns were $0.00 for refund due and taxes owed. My non-resident tax forms list that they can be turned in April and May. Will waiting until later to turn in my non-resident tax forms impact when I'll receive my resident state refund?
