I filed my 2024 taxes and received my refund via CHIME, which does not allow amendments. Who can I contact to file an amendment?

After filing via Chime, I received my tax refund but forgot to add the CTC. Chime does not do amendments. Can Turbo tax help me even though I didn't file through them this year?
