Be prepared to spend an hour or more on this call, but they will be able to
help you and it CAN be resolved in this one telephone call.
If you are able to contact them soon enough, you may be able to have your refund direct deposited into your new account. In other cases, though, your refund will be slightly delayed and you will be sent a paper check refund to the mailing address listed on your return.
