Looks like the answer is "you can't". I talked to a support person over the phone, and they said:
- In TurboTax, you can only add states for business returns by amending your original return, which means resubmitting the previously-filed returns.
- You can only amend business returns in the desktop app. It's not available in TurboTax online.
