Yes his name is on the account and We opted in for the 5 days early to be taken out our account And it said they received it on.The 19th yesterday morning then we checked again a couple hours later and they had a little message saying “Our attempt to send your federal refund on 02/19 was unsuccessful. We will now send your refund via check by mail. You will not be charged a 5 day early fee.” So we contacted the them and they them us to contact irs who said that im their system they have ‘t sent anything but when you look on turbo the bar says check mailed. We have not recieved any emails from turbo except for when we filed and ot was “accepted” by them.
